Comme nous passons fr\u00e9quemment par cette \u00e9tape dans la cr\u00e9ation des projets Audacia Ventures, j\u2019ai jug\u00e9 int\u00e9ressant de rassembler les points principaux que nous prenons en compte lorsque nous \u00e9tablissons nos business models, v\u00e9ritable pilier du projet e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La premi\u00e8re r\u00e9flexion \u00e0 avoir avant de cr\u00e9er votre commerce en ligne est la suivante: comment g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du revenu? Votre business model va d\u00e9finir la majeure partie des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de votre e-commerce et vous mener \u00e0 la profitabilit\u00e9. Il faut donc se poser la question en amont et d\u00e9finir clairement comment vous allez vendre vos produits ou services et sous quelle forme vous allez facturer vos clients.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comprendre le business mod\u00e8le pour e-commerce<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le mod\u00e8le d\u2019affaires est la strat\u00e9gie de profitabilit\u00e9 que vous d\u00e9finissez pour votre entreprise dans un march\u00e9 existant. Afin de bien \u00e9tablir votre business model, il faut s\u2019assurer d\u2019avoir compris le contexte et les tendances de votre march\u00e9 et d\u2019avoir d\u00e9fini la strat\u00e9gie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de votre entreprise. Dans le e-commerce, les possibilit\u00e9s sont assez r\u00e9duites mais il ne faut pas passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de d\u00e9tails tr\u00e8s importants comme le service apr\u00e8s-vente, qui repr\u00e9sente, en partie, la qualit\u00e9 de votre marque. La trame que vous allez cr\u00e9er va \u00e9voluer au fil du temps, il est toutefois primordial de poser une base de r\u00e9flexion en utilisant le <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/genilem.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Strategyzer_STRAT_BusinessModelCanvasPoster_FR_light.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Business Model Canvas<\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce dernier comprend 9 \u00e9l\u00e9ments que vous devez d\u00e9finir au pr\u00e9alable:<br \/>\n&#8211; Les partenaires<br \/>\n&#8211; Les activit\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; Les ressources<br \/>\n&#8211; La proposition de valeur<br \/>\n&#8211; La relation client<br \/>\n&#8211; Les canaux<br \/>\n&#8211; Les clients<br \/>\n&#8211; Les co\u00fbts<br \/>\n&#8211; Les revenus<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u2019e-commerce \u00e9tant d\u00e9j\u00e0 un canal de vente bien pr\u00e9cis, vous pouvez d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tudier quelques pistes de r\u00e9flexion si vous partez de z\u00e9ro:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Comptez-vous vendre des produits ou des services?<br \/>\n&#8211; Si vous vendez des produits, allez-vous les vendre en direct avec un panier d\u2019achat simple ou comptez-vous \u00e9tablir un mod\u00e8le de vente r\u00e9current (sous forme d\u2019abonnement)?<br \/>\n&#8211; Si vous vendez des services, les vendez-vous sous forme de mandat, de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9currente, \u00e0 frais uniques?<br \/>\n&#8211; Votre service peut-il proposer un freemium (version gratuite pour convertir le client par la suite)?<br \/>\n&#8211; Vos produits se vendent-ils sous forme de panier\/package?<br \/>\n&#8211; Avez-vous des produits d\u2019appel, des produits g\u00e9n\u00e9riques et\/ou des produits induits (compl\u00e9mentaires)?<br \/>\n&#8211; Comptez-vous vendre un produit de base au rabais qui incite le client \u00e0 acheter un autre produit d\u00e9pendant qui vous rend profitable (freebie marketing\/mod\u00e8le du rasoir)?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 ces questions, vous devriez progressivement vous approcher d\u2019un mod\u00e8le qui peut s\u2019appliquer \u00e0 votre produit\/service. Mais gardez votre esprit ouvert et n\u2019\u00e9cartez pas des opportunit\u00e9s qui peuvent se d\u00e9velopper plus tard dans votre aventure.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comment \u00e9tablir mon business model?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Premi\u00e8rement, il faut l\u2019\u00e9crire noir sur blanc. Exprimez votre id\u00e9e sur du papier et sa logique en d\u00e9coulera. Il existe un sch\u00e9ma bien connu qui s\u2019appelle le Business Model Canvas (The Business Model Foundry) qui vous aidera \u00e0 vous poser les bonnes questions et d\u00e9composer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de votre entreprise.<br \/>\nLa plupart des \u00e9l\u00e9ments vont vous sembler \u00e9vidents mais cela fait partie de l\u2019exercice de tout transcrire une bonne fois pour toute. Visualisez cette d\u00e9marche comme de la cartographie. Si une montagne se dresse devant vous, aussi \u00e9vidente qu\u2019elle puisse para\u00eetre, vous allez devoir d\u00e9finir son pied et son point le plus haut. Le fait de conna\u00eetre le type de terrain \u00e0 chaque niveau d\u2019altitude vous permettra d\u2019anticiper sa difficult\u00e9 et ses limites. Voici le sch\u00e9ma que vous allez suivre. Pour qui je cr\u00e9e de la valeur?<br \/>\n&#8211; Qui sont mes clients les plus importants?<br \/>\n&#8211; Ma client\u00e8le est-elle un march\u00e9 de masse, un march\u00e9 de niche, une plateforme segment\u00e9e, diversifi\u00e9e et \u00e0 plusieurs c\u00f4t\u00e9s?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Proposition de valeur<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Regroupez les offres, services et produits qui cr\u00e9ent de la valeur pour vos clients.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;
