En Suisse, les m\u00e9thodes de paiement \u00e0 int\u00e9grer \u00e0 un site d\u2019e-commerce ou \u00e0 une plateforme digitale de service sont vari\u00e9es. Mais ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, une option s\u2019affirme de plus en plus: les paiements effectu\u00e9s avec l\u2019application <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.twint.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">TWINT<\/a><\/span><\/span>. Pour <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.audacia.co\/fr\/blog\/faire-partie-daudacia-nous-permet-de-beneficier-dune-infrastructure-generale-dans-plusieurs-domaines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tristan Barras<\/a><\/span><\/span>, CEO de KissKiss, \u00ab\u00a0TWINT est maintenant une option de paiement indispensable m\u00eame si les commissions sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es qu\u2019avec les cartes de cr\u00e9dit. Les options PostFinance, qui fonctionnaient mieux avant, font notamment les frais de la croissance de TWINT.\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\nEn ce qui concerne les march\u00e9s suisses d\u2019<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.idealvoyance.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">IdealVoyance<\/a><\/span><\/span> et de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manticus.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Manticus<\/a><\/span><\/span>, m\u00eame si les cartes de cr\u00e9dit repr\u00e9sentent environ la moiti\u00e9 des transactions totales depuis deux ans, la progression de TWINT se fait ressentir. En effet, les op\u00e9rations effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019application mobile ont quadrupl\u00e9 en l\u2019espace de deux ans. Quant \u00e0 PayPal et PostFinance, ils se partagent les parts restantes.<br \/>\nEn revanche, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stickerkid.ch\/ch_fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Stickerkid<\/a><\/span><\/span> et <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stickeryeti.ch\/ch_fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Stickeryeti<\/a><\/span><\/span> n\u2019int\u00e8grent pas TWINT dans les m\u00e9thodes de paiement au moment de r\u00e9gler les achats d\u2019autocollants personnalisables. \u00ab\u00a0Pour le store suisse de Stickerkid, le panier moyen n\u2019est pas assez \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour envisager d\u2019inclure cette option. En ce qui concerne le commerce B2B de Stickeryeti, les paiements par TWINT pourraient \u00eatre envisag\u00e9s. Mais il faudrait les inclure \u00e0 la place de la facturation par exemple\u00a0\u00bb, indique Victor Corbillon, CEO des deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">La solution de paiement mobile la plus utilis\u00e9e en Suisse<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les commissions de TWINT sur les transactions effectu\u00e9es repr\u00e9sentent environ 1,3%, soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que celles des cartes de cr\u00e9dit. Mais c\u2019est la solution de paiement mobile <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ictjournal.ch\/etudes\/2021-02-25\/paiement-mobile-twint-devant-apple-pay\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">la plus utilis\u00e9e en Suisse<\/a><\/span><\/span>, devant <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/chfr\/apple-pay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Apple Pay<\/a><\/span><\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/pay.google.com\/intl\/fr_fr\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Google Pay<\/a><\/span><\/span> et <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.samsung.com\/ch_fr\/samsung-pay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Samsung Pay<\/a><\/span><\/span> notamment. En ce qui concerne les paiements en ligne dans leur globalit\u00e9, TWINT se classe \u00e0 la 4e place loin derri\u00e8re les cartes de cr\u00e9dit mais talonnant de pr\u00e8s le virement bancaire et Paypal. Une \u00e9volution \u00e0 observer dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir donc.<br \/>\nBoost\u00e9e notamment par la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, l\u2019application de paiement mobile a le vent en poupe. Pour la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021, elle table sur un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lenouvelliste.ch\/articles\/economie\/moyens-de-paiement-twint-pourrait-enregistrer-200-millions-de-transactions-en-2021-993458\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">redoublement de ses transactions<\/a><\/span><\/span> (il y en avait plus de 100 millions en 2020) et revendique <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.twint.ch\/fr\/press\/la-suisse-est-leader-dans-le-paiement-mobile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">3,5 millions d\u2019utilisateurs<\/a><\/span><\/span>, soit quasiment 45% de la population suisse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En fin de compte, un e-commerce ou une plateforme digitale doit pouvoir proposer des modes de paiement adapt\u00e9s aux besoins de ses utilisateurs. En Suisse, il semble ainsi indispensable d\u2019int\u00e9grer la m\u00e9thode TWINT \u00e0 son shop en ligne ou \u00e0 sa plateforme. Il s\u2019agit en effet d\u2019une solution simple, rapide et qui fluidifie le processus de transaction.
