Nous sommes le 25 f\u00e9vrier 2020, date du premier cas confirm\u00e9 et de la propagation en Suisse du coronavirus. Un peu plus d\u2019une ann\u00e9e s\u2019est \u00e9coul\u00e9e et nombreux sont les changements visibles dans le comportement humain au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. \u201cLa bise, la poign\u00e9e de main\u2026 autant de gestes que le coronavirus a chass\u00e9s de nos vies, nous imposant au contraire la quarantaine et le port du masque\u201d, \u00e9crivait <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lenouvelliste.ch\/dossiers\/coronavirus\/articles\/la-poignee-de-main-cet-indispensable-test-de-confiance-958294\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">le Nouvelliste<\/a><\/span><\/span>. Nous pensions que cela ne nuirait pas \u00e0 la pratique en entreprise ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019Humain en sort renforc\u00e9 et se targue de faire valoir ses valeurs, ses convictions; mais surtout ses besoins. La pleine conscience et le rythme soutenu par les attentes manag\u00e9riales du pass\u00e9 nous auront convaincus que la routine doit faire de la place \u00e0 plus de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et d\u2019espace. Faut-il travailler pour vivre ou se laisser vivre en travaillant ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le challenge auquel font face aujourd\u2019hui les sciences de la gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) se voit d\u00e9multipli\u00e9 par des attentes fortes, cette fois provenant de l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs. Dans cet \u00e9lan de relance \u00e9conomique mondiale, combien de temps sera n\u00e9cessaire avant que le pass\u00e9 ne nous rattrape ?<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une situation politico-\u00e9conomique plus complexe qu&rsquo;auparavant<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La gestion des ressources humaines subit des cons\u00e9quences politiques, soci\u00e9tales et \u00e9conomiques ind\u00e9niables. Nous parlons ainsi de r\u00e9silience, le d\u00e9but d\u2019un changement de paradigme certain!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.fr\/fr\/publications\/pme-eti-entreprises-familiales\/entreprises-familiales-des-valeurs-sures-pour-se-reinventer-et-gagner-en-impact.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">une \u00e9tude<\/a><\/span><\/span> pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le cabinet de conseil PricewaterhouseCoopers en France, la crise sanitaire nous oblige \u00e0 dresser une nouvelle d\u00e9finition des mod\u00e8les existants : leadership et engagement, nouveau pacte de confiance, collaborateurs et mobilisation, comp\u00e9tences et organisation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La gestion des ressources humaines, science embarqu\u00e9e dans le pilotage de l\u2019entreprise, vise notamment \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux diff\u00e9rents enjeux : la protection des collaborateurs, la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre f\u00e9d\u00e9ratrice, animer les organes principaux de l\u2019entreprise, d\u00e9ployer des strat\u00e9gies pour valoriser les comp\u00e9tences sociales et identifier par anticipation les besoins du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chez Audacia: une capitalisation sur l\u2019humain<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par son activit\u00e9 principalement bas\u00e9e sur le web, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.audacia.co\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Audacia Group<\/a><\/span><\/span> se pr\u00e9vaut d\u2019une configuration moderne et agile face \u00e0 la reprise \u00e9conomique. Une entreprise \u201caudacieuse\u201d est tenue de sortir du cadre pour permettre un accroissement des forces et la capitalisation sur l\u2019humain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainsi, lorsque l\u2019ensemble du personnel est conscient de son enjeu au sein de la matrice soci\u00e9tale, les r\u00e9sultats se portent mieux et des connexions nouvelles laissent plus de place \u00e0 l\u2019entraide sur le lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comme disait l\u2019\u00e9crivain Alexandre Dumas : \u201cUn pour tous et tous pour un\u201d
