Nous \u00e9vitons ainsi le syst\u00e8me dit \u00ab\u00a0en silos\u00a0\u00bb. Mais en quoi Audacia Group est-il diff\u00e9rent?<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tous dans le m\u00eame bateau<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tout part du fait qu\u2019Audacia est un groupe, un terme qui ne doit d\u2019ailleurs rien au hasard. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3a1def; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bilan.ch\/entreprises\/alexandre-bonvin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">La vision d&rsquo;Alexandre Bonvin<\/a><\/span><\/span> est de cr\u00e9er un p\u00f4le de comp\u00e9tences qui r\u00e9unit des talents dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 proposer leurs savoir-faire et un soutien quotidien aux diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s de ce groupe. Aussi, ces designers pourront participer \u00e0 la gestion de projets indirectement li\u00e9s au design.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fin des d\u00e9partements<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une fois ces talents r\u00e9unis au sein d\u2019un m\u00eame p\u00f4le, il faut pouvoir l&rsquo;organiser. Pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate, nous avons d\u00e9but\u00e9 par une structure plus ou moins traditionnelle par d\u00e9partements. Ce syst\u00e8me nous a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que pour le collaborateur, le fait d&rsquo;\u00eatre cantonn\u00e9 \u00e0 un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis ne laisse gu\u00e8re de place \u00e0 la flexibilit\u00e9 et freine la motivation. C&rsquo;est pour cette raison que nous nous sommes tourn\u00e9s vers une organisation par \u00e9quipe. Chaque \u00e9quipe d\u00e9tient alors un projet, des objectifs et un responsable de projets, ce qui permet de casser la routine et de stimuler la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Ainsi, un CEO occupera non seulement son r\u00f4le principal qui est la responsabilit\u00e9 de son entreprise mais il pourra \u00e9galement participer \u00e0 des projets annexes tels que l&rsquo;automatisation de la logistique ou la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un de nos projets venture.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un environnement de travail motivant<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce point est essentiel pour que chaque collaborateur participe activement \u00e0 la mise en place et au bon fonctionnement de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise. La priorit\u00e9 \u00e9tant de permettre aux employ\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer dans un environnement motivant, sain et stimulant. Pour ce faire, <span style=\"color: #000000;\">tout doit \u00eatre mis en place naturellement<\/span> et surtout sinc\u00e8rement. En effet, rien ne sert de permettre un horaire libre si les objectifs obligent \u00e0 travailler 12 heures par jour. Attention \u00e0 ne pas tomber dans l\u2019hypocrisie.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un management proche des collaborateurs<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises affirment casser le syst\u00e8me de hi\u00e9rarchie, mais cela veut-il vraiment dire qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;appara\u00eet pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;interne? Rien ne sert de mettre tout le monde au m\u00eame niveau si, \u00e0 la cantine, les managers restent entre eux pour manger. Chez Audacia, nous mettons tout en \u0153uvre pour que chacun se sente respect\u00e9 et consid\u00e9r\u00e9 de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on. Tous les maillons de la cha\u00eene ont leur importance et se doivent de communiquer entre eux afin de cr\u00e9er une symbiose. Par exemple, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements organis\u00e9s au sein de l\u2019entreprise sont importants afin de cr\u00e9er et entretenir les liens entre les collaborateurs. Qu\u2019ils soient sportifs ou festifs, ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements sont une bonne occasion pour rel\u00e2cher la pression, cr\u00e9er des liens ou encore faire \u00e9merger de nouvelles id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par exp\u00e9rience, beaucoup de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s pr\u00f4nent un management libre et nouveau mais peu d&rsquo;entre elles sont parvenues \u00e0 ce que chaque collaborateur participe activement \u00e0 la construction d&rsquo;un tel environnement.
